What brought you to KS&R?

While getting my degree in Business Management from Ithaca College, I worked as a manager at the local McDonald's. I discovered that I really enjoyed its fast pace, and knew that was the kind of environment I wanted to work in. So, after graduating, I jumped at the chance to become a supervisor at INSITE, KS&R's contact center. After 3 years, I had the opportunity to move to KS&R's I.S. department, and I've been in this position for 5 years.

What would people be surprised to learn about you?

That I have an identical twin brother, especially when they run into him on the street and think they are talking to me.

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to work with my father in the commercial laundry business he owned at the time. A couple of summers that I spent in the 110 degrees-plus plant quickly changed my mind.

If you could have a superpower, what would it be?

Teleportation. I've always wanted to see the world, and that would eliminate the cost and time it takes to travel. It would also allow me to sleep for an extra half hour in the morning and still make it to work on time!

If you were given $100 to spend on ebay, what would you buy?

A vintage Gillette double-edge safety razor. If I had any money left over, I'm sure I could find some pucks of shaving soap to blow it on.

What is your pet peeve?

People who constantly use the phrases "like" or "you know" when you are talking with them.

If you could choose only one meal to have for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Breakfast -- coffee, bacon, sausage, eggs, and a side of pancakes.

What is your favorite TV show?

I am a big fan of the shows on the USA Network, especially "Suits" and "Graceland". And I will always sit through a "Burn Notice" marathon.

What sound or noise do you love?

The sizzle of a rib eye steak when it first touches a hot skillet.

What is your personal motto?

Anything can be fixed with duct tape.
